Orders and Shipping
To place an order for camera gadgets, browse our website and select the items you wish to purchase. Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placement. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need assistance with this.
We accept various payment methods including:

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and tracking information.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped along with tracking information.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Lithium-ion batteries are classified as hazardous materials due to their potential fire risk. When shipping camera batteries:
- Batteries must be shipped in their original packaging or inside the battery compartment of the camera.
- No more than two batteries may be shipped in one package.
- Packages containing batteries must be labeled appropriately according to DOT regulations.
Ensure that lithium-ion batteries are packaged in a sturdy box with sufficient packing materials to prevent damage during transit. It is advisable to use non-conductive materials to prevent short circuits
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
You can return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any included items. Items must not be damaged or altered.
Yes, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used batteries (including lithium-ion batteries)
- Software or digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
o initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at sale@camerax.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over 100 Aed to ensure they are returned safely.
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
You can exchange an item for a different size, color, or model within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is in its original packaging and unused, with all accessories included.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. We may request photos of the damage for verification.
